Tips for viewing & sorting the data
- Raw data - List of all parents of all litters in alphabetical order. Search in this view to find any individual that ever left a litter.
- New additions - List of all parents that came from outside populations (i.e. not through litter registration), with the most important data to see how they have contributed in the breed.
- Current by contribution - Shows [current individuals] by gender and total number of descendants (ascending). Use this view to see which current sires and dams still have a very low contribution, or already a secured one.
- Current by MK - Shows current individuals grouped into mean kinship quartiles of the population. Use this view to get a quick look on which dogs have high or low relatedness to everyone else.
- Recent by rising - Shows individuals from the last 2 generations who have nearly or completely reached their [offspring cap] in 1st, 2nd or 3rd generation. Use this to identify individuals who might be in danger of becoming popular ancestors.
- Popular ancestors - Shows [generation ancestors] by gender, filtered to show only the most common ancestors with overcontribution in at least 2 consecutive generations or at least 15% presence in the whole population.
You can always add your own filter rules and sorts to each of the different tabs, These will allow you to look at each database in endless ways.
