This website was born from a desire to show a simple way for anyone to be genetic diversity-savvy without any fancy tools at their disposal. The framework of this database is just a regular spreadsheet with 3-generation pedigrees constructed from registration data. All analysis on offspring numbers, ratios, ages, population size etc. is calculated in that spreadsheet. Evolved from just another blog post draft, this small project grew into a complete website that will regularly be updated to keep everyone in the breed aware of its development.
